Lemongrass essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the fresh and partially dried leaves (grass). It blends well with other citrus oils such as Bergamot, Lemon and Orange and is often used as an insect repellent.

Commonly used in candles, soaps, home fragrance, and aromatherapy products for its fresh citrus aroma.

Recommended Usage:

Candles: 3–10% of fragrance load

Soaps: 0.5–2% of total formulation

Room sprays / diffusers: 0.5–3%
